A Northeast Iowa man seemed to be a one-man crime spree, racking up a total of 80 charges in one night.

The whole thing started Friday (April 20) when the Manchester Police Department received a report of a fight at a residence on Franklin Street in Manchester.

Responding officers spotted a minivan that was leaving the fight scene, without it's headlights on and the side doors open. Police attempted to pull the van over, but the driver took off. The chase continued through the downtown business district, to the north side of Manchester, where stop sticks deflated the van's tires.

The driver still refused to stop, going through residential yards. The vehicle pursuit ended, when squad cars caused the van to spin out; authorities then pinned the vehicle in place with squad cars.

The suspect, identified as 37-year-old Timo Wilson of Manchester, then took off on foot, but was caught after a short chase.

Wilson faces charges of Eluding with Injury, OWI-3rd Offense, Interference with Official Acts Causing Bodily Injury, Giving False I.D. Information, Criminal Mischief-5th Degree, and a total of 75 traffic citations.

Wilson was held in the Delaware County Jail, pending his court appearances.
