Trick-or-Treat hours have been set in the Cedar Valley and other cities in Northeast Iowa for Halloween 2016.

When the little ghosts and goblins are out going door-to-door, motorists are reminded to drive with caution during the specified time, due to the increased pedestrian activity.

Here is a list of all the Trick-or-Treat times in the Cedar Valley and other cities in Northeast Iowa:

Aplington: City-wide 6-8 p.m.
New Hampton - Downtown: Starts at 11 a.m. following 10:30 a.m. costume parade
Waterloo - Downtown: Participating Businesses from 10 a.m.-Noon 

Cedar Falls - College Square Mall: 5-6 p.m. at participating businesses.

Waterloo - United Medical Park on W. Ridgeway Ave.: Staff will be welcoming trick-or-treaters from 2-4:30 p.m. Participating families can enter through any door at the park.
Waterloo - Crossroads Shopping Center:
5-7 p.m. at participating businesses while supplies last. 
Waterloo - City-wide:
6-8 p.m.
City-wide from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
West Union:
