Ariana Grande bid farewell to her late boyfriend rapper Mac Miller.

The “Thank u, Next” singer went on her Instagram account on Sunday (Dec. 30) and paid tribute to the fallen MC and then mysteriously deleted the post. The image, which she removed from IG on Monday (Dec. 31), featured Mac’s hands on a piano.

Grande and Mac dated for two years before going their separate ways in May. Sadly, the later rapper died in his Los Angeles home from an accidentally overdosed on Sept 7. Mac's body was reportedly in a praying position on his bed when it was discovered by his assistant. He was 26 years old.

In October, fellow rappers Travis Scott, Ty Dolla $ign, J.I.D., Vince Staples, Chance The Rapper, John Mayer performed at the Mac Miller: A Celebration of Life concert, which is a tribute to the "Self Care" rapper. In December, Mac posthumously earned a 2019 Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album for Swimming.

But back to Ariana Grande. On Monday (Dec. 31), the singer went on her Instagram page and posted an expletive-filled message to her fans as she said goodbye to 2018. It reads, “2018, you fuck. i hope this new year brings you all much laughter, clarity and healing. be gentle with yourselves and each other. if we made it thru this last year, we’ll for sure make it thru this one. thank you for everything.”
