Three people have been arrested following an investigation into drug activity in Manchester.
The investigation began on April 22nd, when a Manchester police officer delivered a message to an apartment on North Franklin Street.

While at the apartment, the officer noted that he could smell the odor of marijuana coming from inside the apartment, in the living room; and that one of the occupants had agreed to provide marijuana to his brother, which was to be smoked in the apartment in the presence of his girlfriend and an 11 month old child.

Authorities then arrested 26 year old Damian Welsh on Sunday (July 24) on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, child endangerment, gathering where marijuana is used, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

20 year old Destini Wells was charged Monday (July 25) with possession of a controlled substance, child endangerment, gathering where pot is used, and drug paraphernalia.

And 31 year old Joshua Backes was cited Monday for gathering where marijuana is used.

All three are from Manchester.
