44-year-old Thomas Bloedel was arrested for DUI last Thursday after passing out behind the wheel and hitting a fence. Police found Bloedel inside his vehicle with a bottle of vodka spilled on his floor...and Bloedel's pet chihuahua lapping it up!

The dog got so drunk its pupils were dilated and could barely walk. He was taken to a vet for treatment. Bloedel was also charged with animal cruelty. [WTAE-TV, Pittsburgh]

All I want to know is this...does a dog ALSO drink the hair of the dog?

46-year-old Robert Jaynes, Jr. had manufactured and sold more than 10 TONS of synthetic marijuana, known on the street as "K2" or "Spice," between April 2011 and October 2013, earning nearly $3 million.

Jaynes' co-conspirators included his wife, brother-in-law, a former mortgage broker, a schoolteacher and two former police officers. [IndyStar.com]

Paul Kenyon was trying to fly to the U.S., but while filling out a visa waiver form, accidentally clicked "yes" on a question that asked "Do you seek to engage in or have you ever engaged in terrorist activities, espionage, sabotage, or genocide?"

As a result, Kenyon's 3-month old grandson was called into the U.S. Embassy for an interview. Yes...really. Kenyon seemed to be in good spirits about the mix-up, saying "He’s obviously never engaged in genocide, or espionage, but he has sabotaged quite a few nappies in his time." [Mashable]
