Whenever an artist records a single with another musician of near-equal popularity, it's tough to determine how the track will play out live.

Such is the case with Rihanna's current Drake-featuring single "Work." The odds of hearing the song live the way it was originally intended are pretty slim -- unless, of course, Drake happens to show up to perform alongside Rihanna, which is exactly what happened during a recent stop on her Anti World Tour.

Two weeks after footage of the Canadian rapper's surprise appearance first surfaced online, Rihanna's team released a high-quality version of the performance.

Rihanna kicks things off before Drake makes his way to the stage, where the two recreate the song's steamy music video, grinding and all.

“You better make some noise for the real queen right now," Drake says to the crowd. "She goes by the name of Rihanna."

Drake commences in some awkward flirting before Rihanna exits the stage, giving Drake a chance to perform "Jumpman," his track with Future. Check out the full performance in the video above.

Rihanna is currently on tour to promote her recently released eighth album Anti, which was met with mixed reviews -- something she's well aware of.

“I just gravitated toward the songs that were honest to where I’m at right now,” she said in an interview for Vogue’s April 2016 cover story. “It might not be some automatic record that will be Top 40. But I felt like I earned the right to do that now.”
