Drug Arrest Following Disturbance

An Oelwein man faces an illegal drug charge following an incident Thursday evening (Oct. 20).
Oelwein Police were called out at about 5:30pm to a verbal disturbance in the 500 block of 3rd Avenue NW.

There, they arrested 35 year old Justin Schoultz on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance-2nd Offense, and Violation of a Domestic Abuse No-Contact Order.
