The 32-year-old woman and her 10-year-old son were waiting for pizza at a restaurant last Monday night. Apparently, it was taking a bit longer than they'd hoped, because Mom called the police to complain about it.

When police arrived (they actually showed up?!) they found the woman in her car with her kid waiting to express their dissatisfaction.

The cops gave the woman a warning and told her not to call 911 unless there's, quote, "imminent danger." She's not expected to face any charges. [Toronto Star]

Hey, a lack of pizza could be a life-threatening situation for me...

The 28-year-old visited a body exhibit last month and made off with two deceased human toes, which were valued at about $5,500.

The cadavers were being displayed as part of the Body Worlds Vital Exhibition, in which human remains are preserved through plastination--bodily fluids and fats replaced with plastics.

The suspect faces seven years in prison for stealing the toes and two years for interfering with a dead body. [New Zealand HeraldUPI]

48-year-old Daryl Riedel was pulled over on Thursday for drunk driving. When the officer got out of his car, Riedel took off before stopping about two miles later. Riedel got stepped out of his truck with a 12-ounce can of Busch beer in his hand...and proceeded to CHUG IT in front of the arresting officer.

Riedel has three prior convictions for DUI between 2003 and 2010 and a fourth case from 2017 pending. He's been charged with felony DUI, fleeing police and driving without a license. He was also cited for misdemeanor DUI and reckless driving. [Miami Herald]

I mean, if you're going to jail, no sense in letting that beer go to waste.
