Local high school girls in the Cedar Valley are in luck again this year, as "Prom's Closet" is back in 2015 with affordable options! They are currently accepting new and gently-used formal dresses, shoes, and other accessories between now and Wednesday, February 18th.
Dropoff locations include:
- Milroy's Tuxedo/Varsity Cleaners in Waterloo & Cedar Falls
- UNI's Student Involvement Center
- Crossroads Center's Mall Office
- Hawkeye Community College's Brock Student Center
- Columbus High School
- Wartburg College's Volunteer Action Center
"Prom's Closet" will be selling items at the lower level of Crossroads Center in Waterloo on Friday, February 27 between 5-8 pm, and on Saturday, February 28 from 10 am - 3 pm. Dresses are $10, shoes are $3, and other accessories (such as purses and jewelry) are $1. Only cash can be accepted. All proceeds benefit the Junior League of Waterloo-Cedar Falls
