Frat Suspended for Banners Promoting “Freshman Daughter Drop-Off”

Spin-off from the previously posted article about how high-school boys and girls treat each other differently if they are sexually active. Stupid high school boys eventually go to college, and then we have this.

The Sigma Nu chapter at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, was suspended by its national headquarters yesterday after photos of banners hanging from the frat house’s balcony advertising a “freshman daughter drop-off“ point to incoming students went viral.

“The fraternity condemns the derogatory and demeaning language used on the banners,“ Sigma Nu’s national headquarters said in a statement. “Such language has no place in our fraternity or within any caring community.“ Two other banners that hung from the Sigma Nu balcony last week read, “Rowdy and fun! Hope your baby girl is ready for a good time!“ and, “Go ahead and drop off Mom, too...“
