We now know the name of a Waterloo man who was shot and wounded Monday night.

58 year old Shedrick Glover sustained a gunshot wound to his upper leg. He was taken to Allen Hospital to be treated for a non-lethal injury.

The incident happened when an unknown assailant fired several shots in the direction of a group of people gathered outside a house at 118 Argyle Street.

A preliminary investigation indicates that the suspect came from between 2 houses and began shooting.

The bullets not only struck Glover; one hit a car and one struck a house.

So far, no arrests have been reported.
