Police received a call last week about an incident at a hotel. Apparently three officers-in-training were having a drunk threesome there . . . and the women got into a fistfight because the guy was focusing on one of them more than the other.

And when a cop got there to break things up...it turned out one of the women was his WIFE. The hotel owner reported hearing screams and sounds of broken bottles coming from the room.

The three cadets were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. [The Daily Mail]

50-year-old Doris Ott had run the daycare out of her home for 18 years. Back in April, her license was suspended after a mother picked up her son and complained he smelled of alcohol. She took the boy to the hospital, where doctors determined the toddler's blood alcohol level was .203, two-and-a-half times the legal limit...for an adult.

Ott told investigators that there was no alcohol accessible in her home, but officers found several cans of spiked seltzer in a basement refrigerator.

Ott was charged with neglect of a minor and reckless endangerment. She's denying the allegations. [FOX 5 - D.C.]

Police say they were searching for 18-year-old Rodney Halterman, a suspect in a weekend shooting. Cops received a tip that Halterman may have been hiding inside the home of Jamaica's mayor, 50-year-old LaDonna Kennedy.

He wasn't there, but officers smelled an "overwhelming odor of raw marijuana" coming from the house. Police obtained a warrant and found 18 marijuana plants "in various states of growth."

Drug paraphernalia was also found, as well as a bottle of 24 Lorazepam pills.

The Kennedys face multiple drug charges, including manufacture with intent to deliver no more than 50 kilograms of marijuana. Under Iowa law, elected city officials convicted of felonies can be removed from office by a judge or by a city council vote. [Des Moines Register]

Someone in Jamaica got busted for weed? Imagine that.
