Jessica Simpson Calls Marrying Nick Lachey Her “Biggest Money Mistake”

Jessica Simpson appeared on Thursday’s episode of CNBC’s Closing Bell, where she joked that marrying Nick Lachey was one of the worst financial decisions she’s ever made.

Simpson, who was on the business news show in honor of the 10th anniversary of her fashion line, was asked to name her biggest money mistakes of all time.

“The biggest money mistakes? I don’t know,“ she said with a laugh. “For some reason, I thought of my first marriage!“

Evans quickly responded, “That’s actually a common answer, believe it or not.“
