Man Arrested For Sending Obscene Photos To Teen

The Cedar Falls Police arrested a Waterloo man for sending obscene photos to a teenage female.

Michael Verlyn Bohle,22, of 1820 East Ridgeway Ave. #119E in Waterloo, was arrested Friday (August 7th) on one count of Dissemination of Obscene Material to a Minor. Bohle met a female on social media in June of 2015 through a mutual friend that he knew was 14 years old. He corresponded with the female on social media and sent her photos of his genitals. The 14 year old and her parents contacted police who conducted an investigation.

Dissemination of Obscene Materials to a Minor is an Aggravated Misdemeanor.
