Tokyo, Japan- A man was caught trying to get an eyeful...and a handful.

33-year-old Yosuke Mizokami was arrested earlier this month after pretending to be blind so he could grope a woman's breasts.

Mizokami was at a department store back in February when he asked a female employee for assistance finding the restroom. As she was leading him there Mizokami  stumbled to the ground. When she tried helping him up, Mizokami allegedly fondled the victim's chest before fleeing.

Security camera video showed Mizokami walking about the store with no problem and visibly checking out the female staff before choosing his victim. [Sora News]

According to the state auditor’s report, the employee snoozed at her desk for an estimated 2,200 hours of work time between February 2014 and December 2017, costing the state more than $40,000.

The woman is a data operator, a position responsible for typing changes of address and new vehicle ownership forms. She'd completed less than half of the papers she was supposed to during that time period.

Even worse? Her employer failed to fill out the correct paperwork to discipline her...so all she got was a warning. [San Francisco Chronicle]

Police were summoned to a McDonald's after a manager reported a suspicious man "locked in the women's bathroom naked."

Cops found 25-year-old Brody Young still naked, still in the women's bathroom...and doing jumping jacks. Police also noticed a strong chemical smell in the bathroom and suspected that Young had likely been huffing the restaurant's cleaning supplies.

Young was charged with public indecency, trespassing, and public intoxication. He's also been barred from the McDonald's. [The Smoking Gun]
