Cops knocked on the window, and Yates briefly lifted his head before inhaling from a 10-ounce can of compressed air duster and nodding off again.

Police then BANGED on the window, and Yates woke up, took another hit from the canister and attempted to drive away. He swerved off the road, struck another vehicle, drove through someone's yard, crashed through a mailbox and hit a second car before finally coming to a stop.

Yates has been charged with leaving the scene, property damage, driving without a license, inhaling harmful chemicals and attempting to flee police. [News4Jax.com]

And to make sure she didn't find out, he didn't use their insurance, so he was paying about $60 per pill at a local CVS pharmacy.

Well...a few days after he filled his prescription, his wife called that CVS to check on one of HER prescriptions. And the employee there mentioned her husband's Viagra. Now, Feinberg is suing the pharmacy, saying that his marriage has "broken down" because of his wife's newfound knowledge.

Feinberg claims CVS violated the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) by revealing confidential medical information without his permission. He's seeking unspecified damages for "severe mental injury and emotional harm." [New York Post / Huffington Post]

Is he REALLY mad about his marriage...or the fact that everyone knows he can't get it up?
