After years of a stalemate, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have finally reached an agreement in their divorce.

There are some interesting revelations in the settlement, according to TMZ. Both Mimi and Nick declared income in 2014: Carey earned $6.3 million while Cannon netted $2.7 million. As for the settlement, Cannon has agreed to contribute $5,000 a month into Monroe and Moroccan's trust funds. Carey doesn't have to put anything in the trust.

In a strange agreement in the decree, both Carey and Cannon have agreed that their kids can address their new significant others as mom, dad, mommy, daddy, father, mother or any facsimile thereof. Finally, Carey and Cannon will share joint custody of “dem babies” (aka the twins).

Oh, and Cannon keeps the 2012 Ferrari.

Back in June, Cannon denied that he was holding up the divorce, which had been tied up in the courts for two years. Nevertheless, the entertainer said they both just want to keep things as cordial as possible for the children.

“We get along great regardless to whatever rumors or whatever [is] out there. There’s nothing to tell,” he said. “Me and Mariah get along great, and it’s a process, nobody is holding nothing up.”

Attorneys for Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon had no comment on the settlement.
