Miley Cyrus is hitting her stride as she gets ready to host the VMA's.

In a New York Times interview where she promises a “raw“ turn as host of MTV’s VMAs this Sunday, Miley Cyrus discusses Nicki Minaj’s complaints about how only certain types of women got nominated for Video of the Year. “What I read sounded very Nicki Minaj, which, if you know Nicki Minaj, is not too kind,” Miley says. “You don’t have to start this pop star-against-pop star war. It became Nicki Minaj and Taylor [Swift] in a fight, so now the story isn’t even on what you wanted it to be about.”

Miley also says Donald Trump called her to praise her infamous VMA twerkathon two years ago, and that Seth Rogen helped write her monologue for Sunday’s show.

Oh, and there was "Janet", a ficitious TV reporter from Perth, Australia, making an appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel show, asking people about Miley Cyrus.
