According to a new study out of the University of Maryland, millennials are killing DIVORCE. That sounds like a good thing but,  um... won't someone think of the divorce lawyers or something?!

The divorce rate in the country dropped 18% from 2008 to 2016, which is kind of insane. But why? It's because the baby boomer generation was all about divorce, but now as they're getting older and younger people are making up a bigger share of marriages, they're more likely to stay together.

The researchers say the big reasons are millennials are usually older and have more education when they get married. Both of those things are strong indications that a couple is going to stay together.
