On Tuesday, the magistrate court had a hearing in reference to charging the property owner with 2 citations. Steven Gabriel is charged with code violations, for structural issues and having numerous nuisance items on his property.

Grabriel was found guilty of both counts, and allowed a limited time for the situtation to be remedied, before the city would go in and abate the problem.

Costs of the cleanup will go to Gabriel.
