Apologies for the double negative, but as someone who works in radio I cannot NOT talk about this as much as possible.

A former radio personality in Denver is suing Taylor Swift after being fired for allegedly grabbing the singer’s butt during a meet-and-greet.

David Mueller worked at KYGO-FM, which is a country station in Denver (it's actually a really good station that wins awards and is at the top of the ratings consistently) has filed a lawsuit in which he denies inappropriate contact with Taylor and notes that he has met many other celebrities without incident.

David was allegedly fired in June 2013, two days after Taylor’s security team accused him of grabbing the singer’s backside while taking a picture with her backstage at Denver’s Pepsi Center. He supposedly reached under her skirt and grabbed a cheek, even though David claims if you look closely at the picture there's no evidence of her clothing being moved.

It gets weirder. David says that he knows who the real grabber was! He claims it was his KYGO program director -- whose name is Eddie Haskell which I cannot believe is his real name but the court paperwork refers to him as that -- who is the ass-grabber!

Apparently he knows Taylor, who has a reputation of having a great relationship with radio managers, hugged her, and his hands wandered.

There's also a rumor that Taylor wears bike shorts or something similar under her stage outfits. I don't know where that comes from.....maybe because she's so tall and slender?

David’s lawsuit looks to recuperate his lost income, which was $150,000 a year at the time of his firing. But he's not suing the radio station, he's suing Taylor.

Radio people are weird, let me tell you. If I were going to get fired, I wouldn't mind getting fired for grabbing some Taylor Swift bootie.....not that I go around grabbing women but that's not the point. It would suck to be accused of doing it and not doing it, though. Is David more upset about losing the job, or about doing the time without doing the crime?
