The National Weather Service has issued a few notices this morning. There is a Dense Fog Advisory for Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette, Floyd, Howard and Winneshiek until 10:00 AM today. The second notice effecting northeast Iowa is a Winter Weather Advisory for Benton, Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Jones and Linn counties until noon today.
