Spooks, Spokes & Sneakers is Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Iowa's annual Halloween bike ride and powder fun run! On October 10, 2015 bike riders and runners/walkers will take to the trails of the Cedar Valley, then join fellow participants for food, fun and music at Gateway Park in Cedar Falls.

Spooks, Spokes & Sneakers is for runners/walkers and bike riders of all levels. The general public is invited and encouraged to attend! Riders choose between the 17 mile Halloween Ride, or the 9 mile Halloweenie Ride. For runners and walkers, this is not a race, but an untimed powder fun run. Be prepared to look like a colorful zombie when you get powdered along the route. Both rides start and end at Gateway Park in Cedar Falls beginning at 10:00 a.m.

All event proceeds go to support mentoring in the Cedar Valley. Help the children in your community today by dressing up and hopping on your bike or taking a run - it's easy and fun to make a BIG difference in the life of a child!
