Two Area Inmates Face Even More Charges
Two men who were already incarcerated in Buchanan County now face more charges.
On Friday (March 10), 49-year-old Kim Tielebein of Hazleton was charged with Trespass, stemming from a February 25th incident in the 400 block of East Sufficool Street in Hazleton.
Tielebein had been jailed on charges of First Degree Arson and Public Intoxication, in connection with a house fire in Hazleton last month.
Another inmate, 55-year-old Dennis Chamberlain of Aurora, has now been cited for Violation of a Protective Order.
Chamberlain has been jailed on charges of attempted murder, intimidation with a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless use of a firearm causing property damage and false imprisonment.
Those charges stem from an incident in October, in which a domestic disturbance in Aurora turned into a stand-off with law enforcement, after Chamberlain allegedly fired shots at officers. No one was injured.
