Waterloo Woman Arrested For Vandalizing KFC
The Colonel can't be pleased about this. A former employee is in serious trouble after damaging a KFC restaurant in Cedar Falls earlier this month.
The Courier is reporting that incident took place at the KFC at 6104 University Avenue on March 19th. 25-year-old Anshonique Burks had her feathers ruffled after being fired over the phone. Burks is accused of causing $8,250 damage to the restaurant.
Burks reportedly broke a phone, plucked various items from shelves in the office, destroyed a digital recording system, and left a cash register extra crispy after dousing it with a bucket of water.
Burks was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
