Jha was charged with failure to maintain control.

The other accident happened just before midnight Saturday (May 21) on Acorn Road, south of Elgin.

The vehicle entered a ditch and rolled.

No one was injured, but there was $2,000 damage to the 2001 Chevrolet Impala.
Poppen was charged with failure to maintain control.
