What Is Iowa’s Unofficial Slang Word?

Slate has just compiled a map illustrating its picks for what the official word of all 50 states should be, and Iowa's is.....uh, weird.

The site came up with its suggestions by consulting with linguistic experts, researching slang terms on online message boards and polling their readers on Facebook.

Here's what they recommend for Iowa: kybo (noun): port-a-potty.
