I know your first instinct is to say, "All of them!" But someone did a compatibility research where you combine their senses of taste and hearing, and some music goes best with certain foods.

Psychology professor Charles Spence had 700 test subjects listen to different genres of music as they ate various cuisines. Spence says music is "a kind of digital seasoning" for food.

As for wine, a Cabernet Sauvignon should be paired with "Won’t Get Fooled Again" by The Who, while a Chardonnay will go down more easily when accompanied by Blondie.

Spence's food-based findings were as follows:

Chinese food is best served with pop music like Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift.
Pasta is best served with classical music like Pavarotti and Vivaldi.
Indian food is best served with rock like Bruce Springsteen, Queen and Arctic Monkeys.
Sushi is best served with jazz like Nina Simone and Frank Sinatra.

I added some extras.
Burgers & fries are best served with rap music like Iggy Azalea and Eminem.
Mexican food is best served with country music like Taylor Swift before she went pop.
Swedish meatballs tastes better with techno music like Daft Punk and Avicii.
