What Restaurants Does The Cedar Valley Need?

After endless griping and campaigning over the past year, a Chick-Fil-A is open in Waterloo. When I talk to people around the Cedar Valley, they mention other places that they have experienced while traveling, and "we should have one of these".

So what restaurant chains need to set up shop here, or in some cases return here?
