A Northeast Iowa woman faces charges for allegedly living with her children in a trailer with methamphetamine.

The investigation by the Fayette County Sheriff and Department of Human Services began January 15th, concerning alleged drug activity at a residence in Randalia, with children present.

During the investigation, officers discovered that 42 year old Connie Jean Conner was living with her children in a camper-trailer in Randalia. Authorities found methamphetamine, digital scales, baggies and drug paraphernalia in the home.

Charges of possession of meth with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia were filed January 20th with the courts. Conner will appear at a later date.

Meanwhile, the DHS has taken custody of the children.
