DJ Khaled is catching some major heat over his Snapchat videos of him pouring vodka over his morning cereal.

Consumer watchdog group Truth in Advertising (TINA,org) recently issued a warning to Khaled about the videos, which they feel break federal law and are inappropriate for young kids who view them.

The videos in question appear on Khaled’s popular Snapchat channel where every morning he pours a variety of pricey liquors -- like Ciroc or Bacardi D’Usse cognac -- over a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, his favorite breakfast cereal.

In a lengthy March 29 letter to Khaled’s attorneys, TINA.org says, “that the alcohol ads are inappropriately reaching the sizable number of minors who follow DJ Khaled on Snapchat.”

“Khaled also recommends Ciroc with homemade cookies, Ciroc ‘slushy style,’ Ciroc at lunch, dinner, in the shower,” says the group. "Khaled decorates his home with bottles of Bumbu, Belaire and Ciroc and even posts photos of himself holding his young son next to the booze."

In addition, by failing to disclose that he’s a paid pitchman for different liquor brands, Khaled violated Federal Trade Commission law as well as the social media companies’ policies prohibiting alcohol ads aimed at teenagers, the group added.

In response to TINA.org's letter, Khaled has been actively scrubbing the offending videos off the internet. The rapper-producer's attorney, Michael Schwab, had no comment on the matter.
