Former "American Idol" standout Casey Abrams will be performing at The University of Iowa as well as UNI this week. The quirky singer is currently on tour with the band Postmodern Jukebox.

The group will play at Iowa City's Englert Theatre tonight (1/25) and Cedar Falls' Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center on Thursday (1/26).

Pianist Scott Bradlee formed Postmodern Jukebox in 2011. The group features a collection of rotating musicians that put a vintage twist on popular modern songs. PMJ's YouTube channel has more than 2.4 million followers and has amassed nearly a billion views.

Abrams placed sixth on season 10 of "Idol" back in 2011 and began collaborating with PMJ in 2015. check out some of their renditions below:
