TMZ is reporting that Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson have called off their engagement. The split reportedly happened this weekend, and although they are not together romantically anymore, they still have love for each other. The couple has allegedly acknowledged that now is not the time for their relationship to "take off."

Ariana has been through a lot as of late: from losing her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller to a tragic death, to stepping away from music for the immediate future, the popstar's life has been tumultuous in 2018. Despite the barrage of unfortunate events, however, her 2018 album Sweetener debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart with 231,000 total units sold in its first week. The LP marks her third No. 1 album.

Despite the split, Grande and Davidson aren't "ruling out anything" for the future, according to TMZ's report. Neither party has publicly commented on the situation since as of the publishing of this report. Stay tuned to PopCrush for further updates.
