Six of seven letters sent to Administrative Services included sexual harassment accusations.

Complaints of sexual harassment are finally coming forward as more people are speaking out. Those serving in government positions in Iowa are the latest to come under fire, although not all the details have been disclosed.

According to WQAD.com, information was given to The Des Moines Register.

"The release of the information comes days after Democratic Rep. Amy Nielsen said she had received bureaucratic runaround in her attempts to get the data from Department of Administrative Services Director Janet Phipps. Nielsen said Wednesday that taxpayers have paid out more than $7.5 million in settlements in the past two years and deserve to know if there are other cases that could cost even more."

Iowa Department of Administrative Services is investigating.
