We all love that golden brown look in the summer. In fact, that's why we invented tanning booths, so we could get that summer look all year round. But, without question, there is definitely, a thing as too much sun. But how much sun is the right amount of sun? I hear different answers from everyone, but I think I finally got my answer! According to a recent study by Healthline, the proper amount of sun per day is anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes based on your skin tone.

Of course, you should always wear an appropriate amount of sunscreen as with a comfortable SPF rating, and using lotion so your skin doesn't dry out can help with setting that deep bronze in.
