Taylor Swift Inspired A Fan To Rob A Bank
Oooh, look what you made him do. Here's "Crappy News" for Wednesday, April 10th.
Cooperstown, NY- A man suffered a brain injury after eating a chili pepper.
The 34-year-old ate a Carolina Reaper, dubbed the world's hottest pepper by the Guinness Book of World Records, about 187 times hotter than a Jalapeño. No, thanks.
Right after he ate the pepper, the man started dry heaving. He then began suffering severe neck pain that soon radiated throughout his entire head. He continued to feel the excruciating head pain for several days.
Doctors diagnosed him with Reversible Cerebral Vasoconstriction Syndrome--RCVS for short--a condition which narrows the blood vessels in your brain. It causes severe "thunderclap" headaches...and in the worst cases, it could lead to seizures. [BuzzFeed News / BMJ Case Reports]
Just another reason for me to avoid like spicy food. No thanks!
Cervinia, Italy- A tourist is lucky to be alive after a night of partying.
The Estonian man got a little too drunk while on vacation in the Italian Alps. The man--known only as Pavel-- thought he was walking back to his hotel, but would up walking up the side of a mountain. He took a snow-covered road which led him up the mountainside until he found different bar a MILE AND A HALF above sea level.
A search party had been sent out to find Pavel before he was discovered sleeping on one of the bar’s benches the next morning. [Travel + Leisure]
This dude has clearly never heard of the buddy system.
Ansonia, CT- Taylor Swift inspired a bank robbery.
26-year-old Bruce Rowley was arrested Thursday after he was identified by two bank employees. Rowley confessed that he took the money and tried to throw it over the fence of Swift's Rhode Island home before leading police on a chase back to Connecticut.
Rowley repeatedly told officers that he had a crush on Taylor and hoped to impress her. While being transported to jail, Rowley said he planned on donating some of the stolen money to the police department.
Not the "Love Story" homie was hoping for.
