Fans of Beyoncé gave Taylor Swift the side-eye when she dropped her new video for “Look What You Made Me Do.” The Beyhive questioned the choreography in the vid, which sort of copies Beyonce’s dance moves in “Formation.”

Since then, the video’s director, Joseph Kahn, has been defending the clip and the pop singer. In fact, he has went on his Twitter page to deny that Swift was copying off of Queen Bey.

Then, in a just released Los Angeles Times interview, Kahn seem to be doubling down on his Twitter comment and claimed that Beyonce copied Swift's "Bad Blood" video for her influential "Formation" visual.

"I suddenly understood the conflict of what’s going on in society and what battle rap serves, what prism to look at the movie through," he told the paper. "It’s not ‘Formation’ at all. They try to say she’s wearing a black crop top and Beyonce wore a black crop top. But they don’t realize in 2015 in ‘Bad Blood,’ Taylor Swift was wearing a black crop top. I really do think, by the way, that Beyoncé copied ‘Bad Blood.’"

Billboard editorial naming instances Beyoncé imitating other artists' style, and wrote, "Beyhive triggered."

But alas, Kahn's mea culpa was too late. The Beyhive caught wind of his comments and has been swarming all over his timeline with slander.

Beyhive triggered indeed. Check out the fans' stinging reactions below.
