Your weekly holiday is alive and well. Taco Tuesday is here again and why not celebrate the only way you should, with tacos and margaritas of course! I've put together a list of what I believe are the best five Mexican restaurants in the Cedar Valley, and the best spots to enjoy these Tuesday night getaways. Here are my top five.

There were plenty other great options on this list, and I would say Rudy's Tacos and Chapala Family Mexican Restaurant get a close sixth and 7th place. If you haven't ventured out to one of these places I highly recommend doing so, because after all what's better on a Tuesday night then happy hour at your favorite taco and margarita joint? Nothing, that's what. Make Tuesday nights great again!
