Waterloo Residents Arrested in Oelwein Today
Two Waterloo residents have been arrested early this (Wednesday) morning in Oelwein, on separate warrants.
Shortly before 3am, 43 year old Angela Rae Jensen of Waterloo was taken into custody following a traffic stop in the 800 block of South Frederick Avenue. Jensen was wanted on a Black Hawk County warrant for contempt of court, on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
At around 4:30am Wednesday, Oelwein Police had an interaction with 45 year old Donald Mintey of Waterloo in the 10 block of 2nd Street NW. Mintey was subsequently arrested for two Black Hawk County warrants, for Burglary in the 3rd Degree, and Failure to Appear.
